Kyotanabe (京田辺市)
小動物（タヌキ、ウサギ等）や野鳥（キジ、ヒヨドリ等）の生息する甘南備山
What a wonderful little treasure this spot was. We visited on a cold day in February. After starting the walk up, it promptly started snowing, and by the time we reached the top, everything was covered in a blanket of white snow. Very few animal or bird sightings when we visited (just one squirrel, if I recall).
